Hello and welcome!
We are a husband and wife duo, blessed with two wonderful kids, and we are thrilled to share our new adventure with you. Recently, we took a big leap and purchased a fixer-upper. It's been quite a journey to get here, with many twists and turns along the way, but we are incredibly excited about this next chapter.
In another life, my husband Brian spent his days playing professional baseball and scouting for the St. Louis Cardinals. Most recently, he has been running a custom cabinet company in our small town of Aiken, SC. Now, he’s stepped fully into the construction side of our renovation business and is working toward obtaining his general contractor license. His craftsmanship, vision, and leadership drive the build side of everything we do.
As for me, I ran a subscription box company with a background in Internet Marketing, but my true passion has always been design. I love dreaming up the vision for each space—selecting finishes, planning layouts, and finding ways to make a house feel like home. We’ve found that our different strengths complement each other perfectly, and it’s been such a joy to bring our ideas to life together.
After my mom passed away in 2021, we re-evaluated what our life looked like and our careers. None of this would be possible without the proceeds from my mom’s house after she passed and the absolute strength she instilled in me, making me feel like any dream was worth chasing and obtaining.
Something we want to mention is that in our logo, the little heart is from papers that I found my mom had written while I watched her in the ICU fight for her life. She is always on our mind, and all that we are doing is in her honor, memory, and legacy.
After we finished renovating our home, we realized how much we loved the process and had the desire to take it even further. That passion led us to complete our first commercial renovation as well—another huge step that affirmed our calling in this work. These projects are more than just real estate to us—they’re deeply personal and a reflection of our family's story and purpose.
Our new home is more than just a project; it's a family affair and dream that we're building together. From tearing down walls to creating cozy spaces, we are diving headfirst into transforming this house into our perfect family home. There will be challenges, laughs, and maybe a few tears, but every step will be worth it.
